You have 14 exocrine glands. They put out fluids like saliva or sweat. You can use massage massage points for them.
The massage points are on your feet. They are between the long bones of your soles or tops of your feet, or along the edges of those bones, called the metatarpals.
You can release, boost or balance any exocrine gland by massaging its reflex point correctly. Please refer to Laughing Monkey Massage to discover the massage strokes that work the best.
