Nine Part Breathing
There are nine parts to your Respiratory Tract - Lower Lobes, Mid Lobes, Upper Lobes, Bronchi, Trachea, Pharynx, Nose, Eyes and Mouth. You can breathe for each one separately.
As you reverse polarity with each one, then go back to correct polarity for breathing, you reset that level of consciousness. In this way you reset your alignment, not only with your abdomen but also for your back and spine, which may want to click into place. Allow it with an out breath.
Lower Belly Breathing
Your right lung has three lobes and your left lung two, because of your heart . Lower Lobe Breathing includes the lower part of your left, second lobe as well as all of your right, third lobe.
Place your LEFT hand on your upper belly with your palm on centre line. Place your RIGHT hand on your lower belly with your palm on centre line.
Spread the fingers of your RIGHT hand and close the fingers (and thumb) of your LEFT hand. Place the tip of your tongue forwards so that it touches the air outside your lips. Feel, hear and watch your breathing descend into your lower belly over the course of 14 breaths. You will be doing Correct Breathing - when you breathe in your lower belly will go out and when you breathe out your lower belly will go in.
If this does not occur your diaphragm and abdominal muscles are too tense or "frozen". Practise Laughing Down more.
If this does occur reverse your palms. In other words, place your RIGHT palm on your upper belly - still with your fingers spread - and your LEFT palm on your lower belly, with your fingers and thumb together.
Over the course of 14 breaths your breathing will reverse. You will be doing Reverse Breathing - when you breathe in your lower belly will go in and when you breathe out your lower belly will go out. Your breathing will be very shallow, constricted and tense - very poor. This is called Perverse Breathing.
Then change polarity again. Your right hand is + and your left hand is -, so go back to doing it with your right hand on your lower belly and your left hand on your upper belly. Once again, you will breathe correctly.
Upper Belly Breathing

States of Consciousness
You experience nine states of consciousness throughout your day. Firstly, there is the Superconscious state. Delta waves flood your mind in deep meditation. This correlates with Lower Belly Breathing. Go into this state to communicate with God.
Secondly there is the Unconscious Mind state. Theta waves flood your mind in meditation. This correlates with Upper Belly Breathing. Go into this state to communicate with Jesus Christ.
Thirdly there is the Subconscious or Perceptive Mind state. Alpha waves dominate in this lightly relaxed state. This correlates with Lower Chest Breathing. Go into this state to communicate with your Soul.
Fourthly there is the Conscious state. Beta waves dominate in this alert state. This correlates with Upper Chest Breathing. Go into this state to think through things.
Fifthly there is the Sleep state, when you have thoughts of nothing, no thoughts. This correlates with Tracheal and Laryngeal Breathing
Sixthly there is the Dream state, REM Sleep. This correlates with Pharyngeal Breathing.
Seventh there is the Photographic Memory state. This correlates with Nasal Breathing, including your Sinuses.
Eighth there is the Creative Visualisation state. This correlates with breathing to ?????????
Ninth there is the ????????????? state. This correlates with breathing to ????????????????
