Gorilla Monkey Diet

Monkeys eat fruit. Gorillas eat greens. Chimpanzees and orang utans are half way in between monkeys and gorillas, so we eat fruit in the morning and greens in the afternoon.

None of us have claws. None of us have fangs. We are not carnivores.

Cats are carnivores. They have claws, fangs and a short intestine so that their protein doesn't putrefy. We don't, so we don't need excess protein - it's too toxic.

Excess Protein

Excess protein

Protein is for growth. A baby grows faster than a bodybuilder, so we don't need more than a baby.

Human mother's milk has 2% protein. Organically grown or spray and dusting free fruits and vegetables have less than 2% protein. Animal products have more.

  • Meat 18% - that's 9 times excess

  • Fish 17%-23% - that's 10 times excess

  • Chicken 15% - that's 7 times excess

  • Egg 13% - that's 6 times excess

  • Cheese 25% - that's 12 times excess

  • Cow's milk 4% - that's 2 times excess

That's why the Gorilla Monkey Diet has no animal products.

But wait, there's more.

  • Legumes 30%-40% - that's 15-20 times excess

  • Nuts and seeds 8%-27% - that's 4-12 times excess

  • Grains 2%-13% - that's up to 6 times excess

In Australia the soil is deficient in selenium. So you do need 2-3 Brazil nuts a day - from Brazil or Colombia, not from Australia.

14 out of the 21 proteins that you eat are hydrophilic - they draw water to themselves, making jelly.

Jelly congests the spaces between the cells, causing cell suffocation. When cells lose 60% of their available oxygen, they turn to sugar for energy. They become cancer cells. When you give them oxygen they revert to normal, because oxygen gives them 19 times the energy of sugar.

Excess protein IS cataracts. So when your vision begins to blur, it's from excess protein.

Reverse the process.

Excess protein causes senile dementia. Reverse the process.

Excess protein causes lung congestion - catarrh, phlegm, asthma, bronchitis, pneumonia. Reverse the process. If you cough up phlegm into your palm, press it. It bounces back! It's resilient! It's jelly!

So stop eating foods with excess protein - listed above - and eat foods with normal protein levels - 0-2% - organically grown fruits and vegetables, plus seaweed from Southern oceans. That's a Vitarian diet - natural monkey nutrition. Here is your Daily Diet Plan.

Grinning Gorilla Green Juice

You need four cups of deep green, leafy veggies a day, picked fresh from your garden. Don't wash them, because the bacteria on them make vitamin B12. Is green juice anti-inflammatory?

Reduce Overall Inflammation Fresh green juice reduces inflammation in your body. Inflammatory processes lie at the root of virtually every chronic disease process - from obesity and diabetes to heart disease and cancer.

You can juice them in a blender with Nature's Champagne, or juice them in a special greens juicer. To get seven, great, green juice recipes, go BANANA.

Green Juice Recipes

The key is to use the rind of the lemon or lime, so make sure your lemons and limes are organically grown or truly spray free. The best juice is wheatgrass, although it needs a special wheatgrass juicer.

  • Diabetes - kale, dandelion, sweet potato leaves and vines and celery help lower blood pressure and inflammation, lemon improves insulin sensitivity and turmeric drops inflammation and blood sugar

  • Cancer - spinach, cucumber, lime, ginger, lemon (including the rind), broccoli

  • Obesity - spinach, turmeric, lemon, lime, ginger, celery

  • Heart disease - Swiss chard, spinach, collard greens, turnip greens and mustard greens, lemons, cucumber

  • Asthma - parsley, cucumber, lemon, ginger, turmeric plus stevia for sweetness

  • Back pain, muscular aches and pains - celery, ginger, turmeric, spinach and lemon (including the rind)

  • Energy boost - kale, celery, ginger, cayenne pepper, lemon

Why green juices give you energy

They don't. They take away the toxins, such as proteins and fats, that lower your energy, so that you feel more energetic. The key to age reversal is reducing your toxicity. Toxicity dulls your hormone receptors, leading to loss of function.

Dulling foods that desensitize hormone receptors include animal products, alcohol, garlic, onion, chickpea and chamomile. Enlivening foods that boost hormone receptor sensitivity include chili, spices and fruit.

Thus, a fruit breakfast with spices added - such as cardamom, cumin, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon and nutmeg - can boost your energy for the morning, especially the zest of the rinds of citrus fruit such as lemons, limes, grapefruit and oranges. You can eat mandarins whole for the benefits of the rind.

Balancing foods keep you going for the rest of the day, so a tuber and veggie lunch with salad.

The Berry Scam

Nutritionally the part of the fruit that is highest in anti-oxidants, vitamins and minerals is the skin. Berries are small, so you eat lots of skin and get maximum nutritional value.

Organically grown blueberries are very high in anti-oxidants, which are mostly in the skin. They are very good for preventing and overcoming cancer.

The tree berry called Jaboticaba is so dark with anti-oxidants (the darker the colour the stronger the anti-oxidant properties) that I watched a woman drink half a glass, do her breathing and shrink he melanoma.

Unfortunately you are being scammed by large, commercial interests. They sell pesticided blueberries and people think that they are good for them. But berries are small, you eat lots of skin and get maximum pesticide value. 90% of pesticides are carcinogenic - cancer-causing. Pesticides are poisons.

So become a patron of your local markets and get organically grown, biodynamically grown or at least spray and dusting free fruits and vegetables.
