The Quick and Easy Answer to Lingering Symptoms of Covid ("Long Covid")
There is no such thing as "Long Covid". Your body has been depleted and you have not rebuilt its nutritional reserves, so your symptoms come from lack of specific vitamins, minerals or enzymes, such as Vitamin C, zinc, Vitamin D, selenium, and so on - all of them listed in my book below. The simple answer
So take 2-3 of God's great, big selenium tablets - called Brazil nuts - each day. Some gorillas may need 6 or 9 Brazil nuts a day, for 2-3 days, or to get an extra boost. Make them much more biologically available by grating them, grinding them in a coffee grinder or blending them in a smoothie.
Make sure that your Brazil nuts were grown in Brazil, not Australia. Australian soil is deficient in selenium. The best Brazil nuts are wild harvested in the Amazon jungle. Do this for 2-3 days to boost your energy, ease your inflammation and clear your headspace. To relieve your inflammation further, add 4-5 cashews, grated, ground or blended, for magnesium.
By the way, if you activate your nuts (soak them overnight and throw away the water) you will increase the bioavailability of their nutrients massively.
