Magic Monkey Movements - Buzzing
Count and Clap "1234,1234,1234,12". Clap where the commas are. Listen to how it's done on this track.
Now lift one heel, then the other, alternately. Speed it up so that your whole body is shivering while you count and clap. The shivering is called Buzzing. It's best started with Laughing Down, which warms you up from the inside.
I was thinking of calling this the Trouser Flapper. But the "Man Shake" is simpler.
Then, if you tuck your elbows into your chest, you get the Jacket Flapper. But the "Lady Shake" is simpler.
If you combine the two you get the "Body Shake". Do NOT shake your head voluntarily - allow it to shiver from the effect of what you are doing with your body.

Back Pain Relief Energetics, Basic
You Buzz for 15 seconds, then rest. This rest must be done with your airway open - in other words, your tongue must be forward because the root of your tongue sits on the door to your main air passages - the epiglottis - and when your tongue is forward it opens that door even more so that you can breathe even more deeply.
Listen to the instructions, then follow them to the music for 15", then rest for 15" to the tinkle of tiny bells. Repeat 14 times.
Start with Laughing Down and shivering your legs. Gradually add your arms and your body until you can shiver your whole body without pain. DO NOT consciously shiver or shake your head - you don't want to put your neck out.
Many songs go to making these tracks, such as Shake, Shake, Shake, Magneic Health and Firelove. But they are broken up into 15" segments with 15" of light, tinkling bells in between, for the rest periods, so that you Shiver and Rest, Shiver and Rest, Shiver and Rest repeatedly. This is highly effective Buzzing.

You Buzz for 30 seconds, then rest to the sound of bells. Again, keep your tongue forward to open your airway.
Now that you have learned how to Buzz, apply it to your stretches. Correct Buzzing for stretching is easy and fun. Check this out.
Bend over. How far do your fingers go towards the floor? Now place the tip of your tongue in the Sugar Down Tongue Position. Notice that you relax down further, because your muscles lose their tension.
Now Sing Down on the sound of "Ah" with your tongue still in position. Notice that you relax down further still.
Now Laugh Down on the sound of "Ah", using 14 laughs. You get much further again. You may even be touching the floor! But you haven't pushed or used force in the stretch. The greatest force in healing is gentleness.

Stiff Neck and Shoulders
Now bend your elbows and curl your hands up under your armpits. Stand and Buzz on 14 laughs. Notice how the muscles in your neck and shoulders all relax. To see this more clearly, press the BANANA button now.
Feel them with your hands, for tension, and repeat the process. Feel them again. They are even more relaxed. Do this until you lose all pain, tension and stiffness in your neck and shoulder area, and to clear your thinking. To see this more clearly, press the BANANA button now.
Waist Stiffness

Hip Stiffness

You Buzz for 60 seconds, then rest to the sound of bells. Again, keep your tongue forward to open your airway.
Shiver your body wherever you don't go into pain. Gradually the extra circulation will release the pain in the areas that need recovery, and you will get better faster.
For example, one woman had a stroke, leaving one side of her body paralysed. So she shivered the other half of her body for 3-4 hours a day while lying on her bed.
