LMM7 Wrinkle Reflexology for your Hormone Receptors

You have hormone receptors on every cell in your body. That's how you get hormonal control - hormones are messengers that coordinate the biochemistry of your body.


You can massage the 84 wrinkles or lines on your hands to boost, balance or release your hormone receptors. For example, if you have too much fat due to overeating you might wish to massage your leptin receptor wrinkle to improve leptin sensitivity. Leptin is your fullness hormone so when it is more sensitive you eat less.


Or, for example, your insulin receptors are less sensitive you have insulin resistance. When you massage the wrinkle you boost your insulin sensitivity. This helps to lower your blood sugar.


So study the following charts to discover the positions on your fingers that you need to massage to boost your sensitivity to any hormone. Then massage the point correctly using Laughing Monkey Massage. Do it for seven minutes, three times per day, until your hormone receptor sensitivity returns to 100%. In this way your tissues rejuvenate.




Remember that, although some positions are clear through experience, some are simply theoretical and putative (the point exists but which hormone receptors it relates to is not confirmed by experience). The putative points are, the Yang, ACTH, Prostacyclin, Substance P, Bradykinin/Kallidin, Hepcidin, Somatomedin A & C, Resistin and Visfatin,

Also remember that you can have the same symptoms from excess or deficiency of different hormones. For example, high blood sugar may come from excess glucagon or deficient insulin. Do what works.
